Award Nominations for Property PR Clients
Here at LAW OF THE FEW PR, we love nothing more than crafting persuasive and compelling property award submissions, so we’re overjoyed that some of our clients have been shortlisted and won some of the most respected and high profile property awards in the UK.
In the North West, our client Reside Manchester won the award for ‘Residential Sales and Lettings Agency of the Year’ at the Insider North West Residential Property Awards 2021, with MD Anthony Stankard receiving particular praise from the judging panel.
Making it a double success for LAW OF THE FEW clients, Salboy won the award for ‘Bespoke and Urban Developer of the Year’, pipping Urban Splash and Beech Holdings to the top prize.
Salboy has also been shortlisted as a finalist for ‘Large Developer of the Year’ at the upcoming Property Week RESI Awards 2021.
In Scotland, client Robertson Homes won the coveted award for ‘Best House’ at the Scottish Home Awards for its three-storey Everett Grand housetype and was also a finalist in ‘Housebuilder of the Year’ and ‘Show Home of the Year’.
Robertson Homes is also on the shortlist in two categories at the upcoming Homes for Scotland Awards, with Great Glen Hall and The Meadows both shortlisted for ‘Development of the Year’ and the company is battling to be named overall ‘Developer of the Year’.
Still in Scotland, Robertson is shortlisted for Best Show Home of the Year at the upcoming Herald Property Awards and proving the exceptional quality of Robertson Homes, the developer’s Wynyard Estate development in Stockton-on-Tees was placed in the top three residential developments in the North East of England at the Insider North East Property Awards, being shortlisted for ‘Residential Development of the Year’.
Being a finalist in respected property awards is an incredibly powerful sales tool and congratulations to all our clients for their fantastic achievements.
