Law Of The Few has been retained as the PR adviser for one of the UK’s highest profile new residential developments.
‘Green Hills Blackburn’ is the latest development to be designed by Wayne Hemingway and developed by NW-based developer Kingswood Homes.
Ultimately 167 new homes will be built in the semi-rural hills of Feniscowles and Law of the Few has been briefed to raise public awareness of the new scheme.
Agency director, Dan Gledhill said: “It is 15 years since Wayne Hemingway hit out at the ‘Wimpeyfication’ of British housing so when we saw the plans for this site we couldn’t wait to get started.
“There are 41 different house designs in the first phase alone and nothing about this site is standard, which makes the PR brief even more exciting.
“Kingswood Homes has a track record for delivering developments to the highest possible standards so we’re looking forward to telling potential customers about this unique mix of build quality, coupled with Wayne and Gerardine Hemingway’s inimitable design style.”
Law of the Few’s first task was to publicise the successful planning application which delivered a wide range of positive media coverage and was soon followed up by a double page spread in The Sunday Times.
An ongoing campaign aimed at maintaining regional customer awareness and developing local connections is now underway.
