LAW OF THE FEW was commissioned to create a new brand identity for house builder Kingswood Homes as it celebrated its 10th year in business.
Kingswood briefed LAW OF THE FEW to design and develop a new brand ID and positioning line ahead of the launch of a new corporate website.
The developer, which is constructing award winning schemes across the North West and South West also launched its first ever TV advertising campaign in 2020.
LAW OF THE FEW focussed on Kingswood’s unique personality in creating the new brand designs and the vibrant ‘K’ logo features colours representing Kingswood’s key attributes of quality, aspiration, adaptability and community. The positioning line – Better All Round – reflects Kingswood’s commitment to creating better spaces and places.
Agency director, Dan Gledhill, said: “The time was right for a modern and fresh brand identity to reflect Kingswood’s difference in the market and refreshing approach to innovative and design-led house building.”
